From December 14-16 2025, a delegation from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) visited Skopje to advance academic cooperation and support the development of the Confucius Institute jointly established by SWUFE and Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje (UKIM).Led by Vice Chairman Prof. Ming Haifeng, the delegation met with the leadership of UKIM, including Rector Prof. Biljana Angelova, and exchanged views on academic exchange, joint programs, and cultural collaboration both within and beyond the framework of the Confucius Institute partnership.The delegation also held a meeting with Chinese teachers of the Confucius Institute, listening to their teaching experiences and daily life in North Macedonia, and expressing appreciation for their dedication to Chinese language education and people-to-people exchange.This visit further strengthened the cooperation between SWUFE and UKIM and enhanced support for the Confucius Institute.
