- Chinese Singing Online Competition Aim
- The aim of the Competition is to provide a platform for students to showcase their Chinese language proficiency and vocal talents. The hope of the Competition is that student’s interest and enthusiasm for learning Chinese will increase, while their knowledge and understanding of the Chinese language and culture will increase.
- Chinese Singing Online Competition Theme and Format
- Competition theme: “Sing to learn Chinese”
- Competition format: each contestant submits a video in which he/she sings a Chinese song.
- Entry Requirements
- In the video for the Competition, the contestant needs to state the name of the song he/she is singing and introduce himself/herself (name, CI group, etc.) in 1-2 sentences in Chinese.
- The contestant can sing a cappella or have musical accompaniment.
- Video entry length: between 2 -5 minutes, should be shot in landscape orientation, high-definition, steady picture, no background noise.
- Competition Registration

- In the email subject please write: name and surname (in English) + CI group number + song name (in Chinese/Pinyin, English)
- Registration deadline: Monday, December 20, 2021 before 12 pm Noon (Skopje time).
- Prizes and Certificates
- Prizes: 1st, 2nd , 3rd and commemorative prize ( The number of each prize is determined by the number of contestants).
- Certificates for corresponding levels will be awarded, as well as generous prizes for the winners.
