On November 5, 2025, the Confucius Institute at UKIM signed a Chinese teaching contract with the Faculty of Philology.
The signing ceremony was attended by Directors of the Confucius Institute, Prof. Vlatko Stoilkov and Prof. Liao Wei, Prof. Vladimir Martinovski, Dean of the Faculty of Philology, and Ms. Yang Yanyan, the instructor of the Chinese course.
The contract marks a new step in Chinese language education at UKIM. The credit elective course has already started in early October this semester, offering students the opportunity to learn Chinese language and culture within the university curriculum.
