Business Chinese Language

Business Chinese language course is designed to connect the Croatian and Chinese business community and strengthen business cooperation between the Republic of Croatia and the People’s Republic of China.

Business Chinese language course will cover relevant topics related to business culture: an official meeting, telephone conversations, business correspondence, presentations, business meetings, negotiations, small talk and many other elements of business etiquette. The purpose of the course is to enable and facilitate the establishment of business cooperation between Croatian and Chinese businessmen. The course will be tailored to the degree of knowledge of Chinese language learners, which means they will form a group of beginners, but also advanced groups for students with some prior knowledge of the Chinese language.

All language programs of the Institute are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, which defines 6 levels of proficiency in a foreign language, and each level consists of several modules:

A1 (two modules) and A2 (two modules) – basic user
B1 (four modules) and B2 (two modules) – independent user
C1 (four modules) and C2 (two modules) – experienced user

Module takes 70 classes, and classes are held twice a week for two school hours.
