Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje organized an online workshop themed &#8220;HUA MULAN&#8221; for the members of the children&#8217;s musical studio Broadway JR\u00a0 of the Association for Informal and Inclusive Education and Development Creo-Aksis from Skopje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"816\" height=\"517\" data-id=\"3785\"  src=\"http:\/\/konfucij.ukim.edu.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/6-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3785\" srcset=\"http:\/\/konfucij.ukim.edu.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/6-1.png 816w, http:\/\/konfucij.ukim.edu.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/6-1-300x190.png 300w, http:\/\/konfucij.ukim.edu.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/6-1-768x487.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 816px) 100vw, 816px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"455\" height=\"602\" data-id=\"3786\"  src=\"http:\/\/konfucij.ukim.edu.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3786\" srcset=\"http:\/\/konfucij.ukim.edu.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/7.png 455w, http:\/\/konfucij.ukim.edu.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/7-227x300.png 227w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 455px) 100vw, 455px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>At the workshop, the children had the opportunity to learn and understand more about the origin, history, and meaning of the story of HUA MULAN, which will help them to more authentically develop and capture the characters in the musical with the same name, and for which performance they are currently preparing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0The workshop helped the children get closer to ancient Chinese civilization, learn more about Chinese culture and long traditions, and understand Chinese society&#8217;s essential virtues and values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"764\" height=\"388\" src=\"http:\/\/konfucij.ukim.edu.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3787\" srcset=\"http:\/\/konfucij.ukim.edu.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2.png 764w, http:\/\/konfucij.ukim.edu.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2-300x152.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 764px) 100vw, 764px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The children were introduced to the Chinese language through the workshop with exciting Calligraphy instructions. They were able to practice the pronunciation of the characters&#8217; names in the story. Through interesting memory games and flashcards, they learned some new words in Chinese connected to the legend.
